About

Salman Rasheed teaches cryptocurrency markets to people who want to understand what they are doing, not follow someone else's call.
His route into markets came through engineering. After a master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Melbourne, he spent eight years as a Senior Network Software Specialist at Telstra, working on large, unforgiving systems where a change is only as good as the reasoning behind it. That habit carried directly into how he approaches price, liquidity and risk.
Over a decade in financial markets, and the last six years inside the crypto ecosystem, he has worked across centralised and decentralised exchanges, engaged with Australia's crypto communities, and represented KyberSwap as brand ambassador for Australia, New Zealand and Oceania.
As Cryptocurrency Lead Trainer at Sarmaaya Academy he now runs a structured twelve week programme covering market structure, on chain analysis, portfolio construction and risk. Five batches have completed the programme, and the wider learning community has grown past seven thousand members.
He is also the founder of ARVO, a trading system he built around a simple position: most people who lose money in markets are not short of effort, they are short of a process. ARVO is risk first by design, and it exists to give an individual trader the kind of structured decision making that institutional desks take for granted.
His teaching position is deliberately unglamorous: lasting progress is not built on shortcuts. It is built on discipline, consistency, continuous learning and sound risk management.

Professional training
A twelve week structured programme for people starting from the beginning, and for traders who want to replace habits with a method.
Salman is the Cryptocurrency Lead Trainer for the programme. The curriculum runs from blockchain fundamentals through exchange mechanics, analysis, portfolio construction and security, in a fixed order, because each module depends on the one before it.
Sessions are taught live to a cohort. Five batches have completed the programme to date.
Modules are ordered so that analysis is only introduced once market structure is understood.
The aim is that a student can reach a decision without needing Salman or anyone else to confirm it.
Position sizing, portfolio construction and security get their own modules rather than a closing remark.

Open Crypto Fund TraderCryptocurrency trading and funded account programmes carry a high risk of loss. Most people who attempt them lose money. Nothing on this page is financial advice, a recommendation or a forecast. Consider your own circumstances and read the full Risk Disclosure.
Approach
A trade taken without a reason is a guess with extra steps. Teaching starts with how the market is built, who is on the other side, and where liquidity actually sits.
Position size, exposure and downside are settled before entry. Capital that is still there is what allows a method to be applied long enough to matter.
Market structure, liquidity and volume describe what is happening now. That is more useful, and more checkable, than forecasting what happens next.
The intention is that students stop needing signals. Someone who can build and defend their own analysis has something that does not expire.
Small, repeatable work applied over months tends to outperform bursts of effort followed by silence. The same is true of learning and of risk.
Claims should be traceable to something a reader can verify: a curriculum, a recording, a public appearance or a named student.
Nothing in this approach implies a guaranteed outcome. Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk, and losses are possible.
Connect
Only verified accounts are listed. Each one carries different material, so it is worth knowing what is where.

Where to go next
No countdown, no seat count. These are simply the four things worth doing from here.
Understanding first. Everything else follows from it.
